1/2 cup all-purpose flour
400g cod fillets, cut into 3cm cubes
400g cleaned squid, cut into rings
300g mussels, cleaned
300g medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 packs of onion soup

Combine all-purpose flour with onion soup
Pass the fish, squid, and shrimp separately through this mixture, making sure they're well coated
Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan over high heat
Fry the fish and seafood, adding them gradually until they're lightly golden brown
Remove from the heat and drain on paper towels
Serve immediately.
