In a bowl, combine the flour and yeast, reserve
In a mixer, beat together the grated carrot, eggs, and egg whites until smooth
Add the lime zest, mix well, and gradually add the flour
Beat until a smooth paste forms
Heat oil in a medium pan and place the dough into a piping bag with a round, smooth tip
Fry circular shapes of dough over hot oil on both sides
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Dust with sugar and cinnamon
