3 dark chocolate bars, chopped
3 cups of milk
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and dark chocolate in a pot
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, and cook over medium heat until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens
Let it boil for 1 minute
Remove from heat and add the vanilla
Pour into a mold that can hold 3 cups, let it cool, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or more
When serving, unmold, top with whipped cream, and garnish with maraschino cherries.
