1 cup (7 ounces) of sifted cocoa powder

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Butter a 9-inch springform pan. Reserve
2 In a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and egg
Distribute 1 1/2 cups of this mixture into the prepared pan (reserve the rest) and bake for 5 minutes
3 Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coconut
Add the cocoa powder to the reserved mixture, mix well, and spread over the coconut
4 Return to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes
Serve warm or at room temperature.
