Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler and set aside
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, and sugar with a wooden spoon
Gradually add the melted chocolate and flour mixture, stirring well
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Place the dough into 7cm-diameter muffin tin cups greased with butter
Bake for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and unmold
The center of each truffle should remain creamy
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
