Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
14 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to medium temperature
In a bowl, mix flour with baking soda
In a mixer, beat butter with both types of sugar until smooth
Reduce speed and add salt, vanilla extract, and eggs
Beat well
Add dry mixture to the chocolate chips and mix until homogeneous

Place by 2 tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving 2 cm space between cookies
Store remaining dough in the refrigerator
Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies grow and golden brown on the edges
Remove from oven and let rest for three minutes
Use a spatula to remove cookies and let cool
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
