Place the ricotta cheese, milk pudding, one and a half cups of granulated sugar, and the eggs in a blender
Blend until a homogeneous mixture forms and reserve
Melt the remaining sugar to form a caramel and spread it in a hole-shaped mold
Bake in a medium-temperature oven with a water bath for approximately one hour, or until, inserting a toothpick, it comes out dry.
