1 chicken
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 medium onion, cut into cubes
6 whole garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of paprika
Black pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
4 cups of rice
8 cups of chicken broth
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 chicken

Clean and chop the chicken into pieces
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown
Remove the chicken and reserve the oil
In the same pan, mix together the bell pepper, onion, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and rice
Stir well to prevent burning, then add the chicken broth, adding it slowly
Add the chicken back in and let the rice cook with the lid on
Add parsley and serve.
