Ingredients: 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk; 2 tablespoons of butter; 2 cans of heavy cream; 1 and 1/2 cups of roasted peanuts, chopped without shells; 3 egg whites whipped to snow

In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and butter

Bring to a simmer and whisk constantly until it thickens at the bottom of the pan

Let it cool

Add the heavy cream and peanuts

Then, gently fold in the whipped egg whites
