1 package of chocolate pudding
1 3/4 cups of milk
1/4 cup of cocoa liqueur
1/4 cup of chopped almonds
2 medium bananas, sliced (or pineapple or mango, diced)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 package of chocolate pudding
1 3/4 cups of milk
1/4 cup of cocoa liqueur

Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions, using the liqueur to replace part of the milk
Combine with chopped almonds and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Coat banana slices with lemon juice
Create alternating layers in 4 scoops: first, a layer of chocolate mixture; then, fruit
Start and end with chocolate mixture
If desired, garnish with additional chopped almonds
Refrigerate before serving.
