4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
4 cups of whole milk
1/2 cup of heavy cream, whipped to a chantilly
vanilla ice cream

Mix the chocolate with sugar and 10 tablespoons of milk
Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then let it simmer
Add the chocolate mixture
Let it simmer again
Let it cool
Chill in the refrigerator
Divide the ice cream into 6 cups
Filling with cold chocolate and topping each one with a bit of chantilly
Serves 6.
