1 package of Concord grape gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 separated egg white
1 can condensed milk

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Combine the lime zest and juice
Beat the egg white lightly
Gradually add the dissolved gelatin, stirring constantly
Add the condensed milk and stir well
Refrigerate until slightly thickened
Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the gelatin mixture with care
Pour into serving dishes or a larger container
Refrigerate again
If desired, garnish with grapes and whipped cream.
