In a saucepan, make a syrup with the sugar and water
Remove from heat, add the tangerine juice, and let it cool down
Beat separately in a blender the egg yolks, egg whites, and cornstarch
Add a small grated coconut and the cooled-down tangerine syrup
Mix everything well together
Pour into buttered molds and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes in a water bath
Unmold while still warm, but serve chilled
