1 package of lemon gelatin
1 cup of hot water
1 strip of lemon zest
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 whipped egg whites
1 package of lemon gelatin

Place the contents of the lemon gelatin package into a blender container
Add in the hot water and lemon zest
Cover and blend at high speed for 20 seconds
Add in the fresh lemon juice and egg yolks
Cover and blend again
Remove the cover and pour in the sweetened condensed milk
Blend well
Pour the mixture over the whipped egg whites and mix carefully
Refrigerate
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
