3 unscented gelatin sheets
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of apricot syrup
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 1/2 cups of red wine
1 bottle of Club Soda or Soda Cristal
2 oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
2 bananas, peeled and sliced into rounds
2 passionfruits, peeled and cut into slices
3 unscented gelatin sheets
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of apricot syrup
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 1/2 cups of red wine
1 bottle of Club Soda or Soda Cristal

In a medium saucepan, mix the gelatin with orange juice
Let it sit for 1 minute
Heat over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves completely
Remove from heat
Add apricot syrup and stir until dissolved
Add lemon juice, wine, and Club Soda
Chill in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has a consistency like egg whites without beating
Gently add the fruits and pour into a beautiful 23cm diameter mold, moistened
Chill in the refrigerator until firm, preferably for one day to another
Unmold and decorate with additional fruits if desired
Serve chilled
Cut into portions.
