For this recipe, you can use only canned or cooked pineapple
Leave the gelatin to soak in cold water for 5 minutes
Add the pineapple juice, boiling water, and sugar
Stir until dissolved
When the gelatin starts to thicken, add the crushed pineapple and lemon juice
Mix well
Pour into a wet mold and refrigerate until firm.
