In a refrigerator, sprinkle 1/2 cup of water with 2 envelopes of gelatin and let it sit for five minutes
Dissolve in a bain-marie and reserve
In one bowl, mix pineapple juice with sweetened condensed milk and dissolved gelatin
In another bowl, large enough to hold 3 liters, place the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it starts to firm up
In a pot, boil 3 cups of water, transfer to a bowl, add cherry flavor gelatin, and mix until dissolved
Let it cool and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened
In another refrigerator, sprinkle the remaining water with white gelatin and repeat the process to hydrate and dissolve it
Combine the pineapple cubes and pour over the cream
Return to the refrigerator for five minutes
To finish, distribute the cherry flavor gelatin on top, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for four hours or until firm, and serve.
