5 egg whites
6 tablespoons of cornstarch
4 white gelatin leaves
2 red gelatin leaves

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add the cornstarch, grape juice, and mix well
Beat the heavy cream lightly (or use it without the whey)
Add the dissolved gelatin
Mix gently
Pour into a pudding mold greased or moistened
Refrigerate
For the sauce, bring the grape juice to a simmer
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little additional juice and add to the hot mixture
Add the cornstarch and let it thicken slightly
Let it cool
Refrigerate
To serve, unmold the jelly and spoon the sauce over the top.
