2 packages of dietetic gelatin flavored with tangerine
1 1/2 cups of boiling water
1 cup of dry red wine
1 can of pears in syrup, dietetic
2 packages of dietetic gelatin flavored with tangerine

1 cup of dry red wine
1 can of pears in syrup, dietetic
Mix the gelatin with boiling water
Stir until it dissolves
Add the wine and refrigerate until slightly thickened
Add the drained and chopped pears
Pour into a small mold
Refrigerate for at least one day or overnight
Unmold to serve
Serves 8, with each serving containing 73 calories
If desired, use the pear syrup as part of the liquid used in preparing the gelatin
If desired, substitute the can of dietetic pears in syrup with 3 small fresh pears.
