1/2 kg of plums (preferably not too sweet)

Wash and clean the plums, then cook them in water until the skin is tender for about 10-15 minutes
Let it cool down and remove the stones
Add sugar and heat slowly until the sugar dissolves, then cook rapidly to thicken
Let it cool down partially while stirring occasionally
Pour into sterilized containers and seal hermetically
Makes approximately 250g.
