Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
In a baking dish, combine all ingredients except for the vinegar
Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
Remove from the oven, add the vinegar and mix well
Serve with roasted meats
To store, place in an airtight container at room temperature
Store for up to 1 month
