Peel the tangerines
Combine two rinds, grated or crushed in a machine, with the tangerine pulp
Let it simmer for a bit, mashing well with a wooden spoon
Strain through a sieve and collect on a clean cloth
Heat it up with sugar until it reaches the desired consistency
This same process can be used with oranges instead of tangerines.
