Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
Peel the pineapples, cut them in half and remove the core
Reserve the pineapple halves
Squeeze the pulp through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing with a spoon
Transfer to a small saucepan, combine with sugar and 2 tablespoons of water, and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until boiling (approximately 1 minute)
Remove from heat and fill the pineapple halves
Distribute in a refrigerator and sprinkle with cinnamon
Carefully place the remaining water in the refrigerator
Bake in the preheated oven until the pineapple is well done (approximately 15 minutes)
