Divide into six portions
Grease a smooth surface with butter
Using a cookie cutter or your hands, shape each portion into a patty
Reserve on the greased surface
Grease a refrigerator tray with butter
Arrange the patties on the tray and reserve
Prepare the sauce: in a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
Spread the sauce over the patties and sprinkle with green onion
Cook in the microwave at medium power for about 10 minutes
