In a food processor, grind the meat
Transfer to a medium bowl and add the remaining ingredients except biscuit flour
Mix well until you get a homogeneous mass
Divide into four equal portions and shape each one into a burger using a 9 cm diameter cookie cutter
Then, coat in biscuit flour
Heat a large non-stick skillet with olive oil over medium heat
Fry the burgers for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Reserve
Prepare the sauce: blend all the ingredients until smooth
Cut the buns in half, fill with burgers and drizzle with the sauce
Serve immediately
