2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 teaspoon of fresh thyme, chopped
1/2 cup of chopped onion (75 g)
5 slices of bread crumbs (100 g)

In a medium bowl, mix the ground pork with salt and vinegar
Set aside
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat until it's soft (about 2 minutes)
Add the meat and cook, stirring constantly, until it loses its pink color (about 3 minutes)
Transfer to a bowl and add the bread crumbs
Mix well to get a homogeneous mixture and divide into six portions
On a smooth surface greased with butter, shape each portion into a hamberger using an 8 cm diameter cookie cutter
Heat a large skillet or griddle over high heat
Brush it lightly with butter and reduce the heat to medium
Fry two hambergers at a time until they're well browned (about 2 minutes per side)
Place on a platter and serve immediately
