Brush the steak with olive oil
Heat a non-stick skillet, preferably iron
Cook the steaks one by one
First on one side, until browned, then flip and cook on the other side
Season with salt and black pepper
Serve 4 portions
Note: You can also use other cuts: tenderloin, strip loin or ribeye.
