Place the cornmeal on a humid surface and smooth it out to achieve a layer about 1 cm thick
Let it cool down
Heat the olive oil and fry the sausage
Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes
Cover the pan and cook, adding a little water if necessary, until you get a thick sauce
Grease a refrigerated mold
Place several pieces of cornmeal at the bottom
Cover with a bit of sauce and sprinkle with a bit of cheese
Repeat the layers finishing with the sauce
Heat it up in the oven
