Mix well the flour, sugar, and salt
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and mix with the milk
Melt the butter
Add the dough to the milk and butter
Knead until a smooth dough is obtained
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Divide into two portions and shape as desired
Brush with egg yolk to give the puffs a golden color
Place in a greased mold and let the dough double in size
Bake (in a medium preheated oven) for 35 minutes
