Preheat the oven to 200° degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
Grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray, approximately 25 x 12 cm in size
Sprinkle yeast over 2/3 cup of warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes
Add 2 tablespoons of honey and mix well
Combine the remaining honey, flour mixture, and sesame seeds, mixing until just combined
Add salt, germ, and warm water
Mix until a shaggy dough forms
Place the dough in the prepared loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it reaches the edge of the pan
Preheat the oven to 200° degrees Fahrenheit (or 180° degrees Celsius) for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before slicing
