1 cup of diced bacon

2 tablespoons of minced salsa
3 cups of cornmeal

Fry the bacon well and add the butter, letting it melt
Add the chopped onion and once it's golden brown, mix in the green corn, raisins, and ground cornmeal
Finally, add the minced salsa and check the seasoning
To freeze: place in a plastic container, seal tightly, and put in the freezer
To thaw: let sit at room temperature or reheat on the stovetop
Do not thaw in a microwave oven (the cornmeal will jump all over the place in this oven).
