In a processor, beat the salmon until it forms a paste
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon to obtain a uniform mixture
Divide into four portions
On a smooth surface lightly oiled with oil, shape each portion into a burger using an 8 cm diameter cookie cutter
Heat a grill pan over high heat
Brush it lightly with oil and reduce the heat to medium
