1/2 pound of ground beef
2 green peppers, cut into small cubes
1 large onion, cut into small cubes
3 or 4 well-chopped mushrooms
1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Fry the peppers, onion, and mushrooms in a little oil until they're softened
Shape the ground beef into 4 large hamburger patties
Cut each patty in half
Makes a small indentation in the bottom halves, fill it with one-quarter of the vegetables
Cover with the other half of the hamburger, sealing the edges tightly
Bake or fry in a non-stick skillet until cooked through
Serves 4.
