Soak the wheat in cold water overnight
Wash the chicken thoroughly and place it in a pot
Cover with cold water and add salt, onion, and cinnamon stick
Simmer over low heat until the meat is tender
If necessary, add more hot water
Add whole wheat and continue simmering over low heat until the wheat becomes soft and forms a thick sauce
If necessary, add more hot water as needed during cooking
Remove the chicken from the pot and discard the bones
Return the shredded chicken to the pot and adjust the salt
Add black pepper and butter and mix well
Serve with small pieces of butter to taste
Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste
