Line a strainer with a fine-mesh cloth, such as cheesecloth, and place it over a bowl
Place the yogurt on the cloth and refrigerate until the next day
Dissolve the cinnamon in boiling water and let it steep for 30 minutes
Combine the dissolved cinnamon with the yogurt, adding cane sugar and honey
Distribute the yogurt into individual serving cups and garnish with lime zest
Serve chilled.
