The night before, peel and slice the bananas, place them in a baking sheet and refrigerate
About 15 minutes before serving, process the frozen banana slices with yogurt and sugar
Sauce

Peel and slice the bananas, and reserve them
Boil the sugar in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until caramelized

Add water gradually, stirring continuously, until the sugar dissolves
Add banana and cook for 10 minutes or until soft
Once cooled, refrigerate
Assembly
In glasses or cups, serve one portion of caramelized banana and another of creamy yogurt, both well chilled.
