Place the water in a pot
Let it cool down
Add the low-fat milk powder and whisk until dissolved
In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt until creamy
Add 1/3 cup of warm milk
Whisk well and add to the remaining milk in the pot
Mix well
Pour into a container and seal tightly
