One-half liter of warm water
Three full spoons of low-fat milk
Two full spoons of natural yogurt

Place the warm water in a bowl
Add the low-fat milk
Stir until everything is well mixed
Pour into a saucepan and let it simmer, watching as the milk rises in the pan
Put it in a ceramic or glass container that can be refrigerated and let it cool slightly
Add a little of the milk to the yogurt and then mix everything together, stirring well
Line a box with four towels (two for the base and two for the sides), put the bowl in the middle, cover with a plate and then with more two towels
Let it rest for 5 hours or overnight
Then refrigerate it
Sometimes a little foam appears on top
Remove it before serving.
