One-quarter cup of Karo
One tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
2 Egg Whites
'200g Natural Yogurt Cup' (1 cup)
Half a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, excluding the egg whites
Place this mixture in the freezer until it becomes partially frozen
Retrieve from the freezer and whip until creamy
Whip the egg whites into snow-like consistency
Carefully add this to the chilled mixture
Return to the freezer for another 20 minutes or until firm
For a creamier popsicle, whip again before serving
