Melt the butter, combine with flour, sugar, and vanilla to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool, still stirring
Divide the cream into two parts
Dissolve each gelatin separately in 2 tablespoons of water and melt in the microwave or a double boiler
Combine each gelatin with one part of the cream and mix well
Distribute the creams in chocolate truffle shells and refrigerate until firm
Serve chilled.
