Butter (for greasing)
For the dough
1/4 cup butter (50g)
2/3 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
1 egg
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup black plums in syrup, drained, without pits (235g)
For the topping
1/3 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Grease a 22cm-diameter cake pan with butter
Set aside
Prepare the dough: in a mixer bowl, cream together the butter and all-purpose flour until smooth and fluffy (approximately 3 minutes)
Add the egg and milk and mix
Sift the all-purpose flour, yeast, and salt over this mixture and mix until homogeneous
Add the black plums and mix lightly
Transfer to the prepared cake pan and set aside
Prepare the topping: in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with fingertips until a granular texture forms
Sprinkle over the reserved dough
Cook in a microwave on medium power until the edges start to firm (approximately 9 minutes)
Let it rest inside the microwave for about 5 minutes
Serve immediately
