2 cups of rum
1 jar of raspberry jelly

Drain the rice into a pot with cold water and bring to a boil
Leave it for 5 minutes and remove from heat
Rinse the rice, pass it under cold water, and continue cooking in milk flavored with vanilla essence
Add butter or margarine and salt
After about 10 minutes, add 150 g of sugar to the rice
When the rice is cooked, stir in the eggs well
Peel the fruits and cut into small cubes
Seed the grapes and cut strawberries in half
Boil the fruit in a little water and 50 g of sugar until it reaches a light syrup consistency, add rum and remove from heat
Mix the hot fruits and syrup with the rice and pour into a serving dish.
