Mixture:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
150g semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Melted butter and chocolate for greasing.
Topping:
300g semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot water
Mixture:

Mixture:
In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the mixture
Add flour, baking powder, and nuts; mix until combined
Pour into an 18x22cm greased pan, coated with melted butter and chocolate
Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes
Topping:
Grate the semi-sweet chocolate and melt over low heat
Add hot water and mix until smooth
Cover the brownie.
