Beat the egg yolks with the eggs until light and fluffy
Gradually add the sugar and beat well
Combine the coconut milk, melted butter, and shredded coconut
Mix well
Grease a 25 cm diameter pan with butter and sprinkle with sugar
Spread the raisins at the bottom of the pan, then carefully pour in the coconut mixture
Let it rest for 1 hour
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated in a water bath for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until lightly golden
Remove from the oven while still warm
Cut into 15 pieces
