200 grams of semisweet chocolate chips
3 egg whites

Peel of Orange:
Bat the egg whites until stiff, then add the yolks and flour
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, chocolate, and baking powder
Fold in the whipped cream and orange juice
Pour into a mold and bake at medium temperature
After it cools, cut into cubes
Mousse:
Combine the sweetened condensed milk with the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish
Heat for two minutes and let cool
Bat the egg whites until stiff, then add the all-purpose flour and dark chocolate chips
In layers, alternate between mousse and pão de ló (Mousse of Love) decorations with dark chocolate granules and refrigerate.
