1/3 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 yolk
zest of 1 lemon
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 cup of sour milk
2/3 cup of vanilla pudding or flavor of your preference
1/2 cup of hazelnuts or pecans chopped

Beat the butter and sugar very well
Add the eggs and yolk one at a time and beat well
Add the lemon zest
Add the flour with yeast and baking soda, and mix everything very well
Add the sour milk and vanilla pudding or flavor of your preference
Add the chopped hazelnuts or pecans and mix well
Bake in two 24cm-diameter forms in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
