3 cups of whipped cream

Melt the sugar and instant coffee in the water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer
Cook for 3 minutes
Add the chopped chocolate to the blender with the melted coffee mixture, eggs, and blend for another minute
Remove from blender and mix with whipped cream
Pour into a 22 cm diameter open mold and freeze until firm
Serve in 6 portions.
