Moka Parfait

Ingredients: 1 cup of sugar; 1 tablespoon of instant coffee; 1 cup of water; 2 cups of dark chocolate, chopped; 4 eggs; 3 cups of whipped cream

Directions

Melt the sugar and instant coffee in the water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer

Cook for 3 minutes

Add the chopped chocolate to the blender with the melted coffee mixture, eggs, and blend for another minute

Remove from blender and mix with whipped cream

Pour into a 22 cm diameter open mold and freeze until firm

Serve in 6 portions.
