In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, dark chocolate chips, and let it sit in a water bath to melt. Reserve
In a pan, mix the mixed berries, cornstarch, and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes
Pulse the biscuits and mix into the berry sauce
Scoop individual portions alternating between berry sauce, whipped cream, and melted chocolate
Finish with whipped cream.
