1 package of strawberry or your preferred flavor gelatin
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of heavy cream

Prepare the gelatin according to the packaging instructions
Let it cool and, still liquid, blend in a blender with the condensed milk and heavy cream
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until you notice the mixture has firmed up
Blend in a food processor until smooth and transfer to a serving bowl
Refrigerate until serving time
