4 egg yolks
2 to 4 tablespoons of sugar
200g of bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup of milk

1 cup of milk
Place the egg yolks and sugar in a blender
Blend until well mixed
Warm the milk until it's hot but not boiling
Blend the mixture at low speed and add the warm milk
Blend for 10 seconds or until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours
Garnish with a cherry if desired
Serve chilled.
